Veevus 6/0 fly tying thread is our favorite for tying sockeye flies, small streamers and dry flies for Alaska. It is one of the strongest threads for its size and can be split for adding minute amounts of material and dubbing for small patterns. We use this thread for tying patterns like the Sockeye Lightning, Mercer’s Sockey Fly, Comets and small Intruders.
